(2/13) Student art action to save our Spring classes
Thanks to our advocacy work, the Emergency Bridge Funds ordinance to restore the Spring 2020 schedule passed with a 7-4 majority! However, Mayor London Breed has until Friday 2/14 at 5pm to veto the ordinance, which is why this Thursday 2/13 different Student groups will be hosting an Art Protest outside City Hall, 12 to 1pm. Please let your classrooms know about this last student-led push to save our classes. Students are also asking everyone to please call and email Mayor Breed’s office today and Wednesday requesting her support for the emergency bridge funds.
