Today AFT 2121 leaders collectively notified District Administration that we need an immediate response on our latest mass grievance. Administration has been denying pre-approval requests from faculty hoping to take undergrad courses for professional development and salary column movement credit. Earlier this month, AFT filed a mass grievance to challenge what is effectively a unilateral suspension of the provision in our contract allowing for such approval and salary column credit. We will continue working to move this forward.
