Thursday: enrollment volunteers needed | Register for Retirement Planning | Winter organizing

This Thursday: Help our CCSF Volunteer Enrollment Campaign team

Boosting enrollment is one of the most direct and immediate ways to help make sure we can keep offering a broad range of classes and programs to our community! This Thursday, January 7th. is BART Enrollment Outreach Day. Volunteers are needed at Powell or 24th St. BART stations for 2.5 hour shifts between 7am-7pm. Previous BART outreach events in these locations were spectacularly successful. Please sign up and help us give out an info sheet listing key information about our CCSF classes and schedule booklets to any who want them. Email dthalford@aol.com with the general time of day you prefer and indicate Powell or 24th/Mission Bart. You can help bring our students back!

Thursday, Jan. 14th: AFT 2121 7th Annual Retirement and Financial Planning Day

Winter organizing: You can help make our union stronger!

You may remember that over the summer AFT leaders and faculty volunteers made a huge push to reach out to hundreds of our coworkers in order to engage them in our union and the fight for a fair contract. And we will spend the winter break continuing to learn about faculty concerns and strengthening our ties with each other by doing house visits and holding phone banks. Contact Organizer Michael McCown (mmccown@aft2121.org) to learn more about outreach dates and how you can help.

PLEASE NOTE: AFT 2121 SWITCHED TO A NEW EMAIL SYSTEM
The AFL-CIO has switched our email server. Please be sure to share AFT 2121 blasts with fellow faculty and tell them to contact us at aft@aft2121.org if they are not receiving our communications.
